These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when visitors, customers, or account users access CurrentReach AI websites, professional services, platform features, or related resources.
1. Business identity
CurrentReach AI is operated by Tayyiba Suleman, trading as CurrentReach AI, from Lahore, Pakistan. CurrentReach AI is an individual-owned digital business and does not claim a registered corporation or public office address on this website.
2. Services
Services may include CurrentReach AI platform access where approved, lead-management tools, AI-assisted workflows, web development, SEO, social media marketing, dashboard development, automation, API integrations, managed implementation, and educational resources. The exact services provided depend on the approved proposal, invoice, project scope, service agreement, managed implementation agreement, or applicable platform terms.
3. Proposals and project scope
Custom work is governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, project scope, milestone plan, or written agreement. Scope changes may require revised timelines or pricing. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before it begins.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, using services lawfully, supplying required account access, confirming they have rights to supplied content, giving timely approvals, protecting login credentials, and complying with third-party platform rules.
5. Third-party services
Projects may use hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, analytics platforms, social platforms, advertising platforms, automation tools, APIs, and AI providers. Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, fees, limits, policies, outages, and security practices.
6. Payments
Where private-beta platform billing or an approved online payment arrangement is specifically enabled, payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Custom projects and managed services are primarily billed through proposals, invoices, milestones, deposits, or written service agreements.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, deposit treatment, and project-specific payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, project scope, managed implementation agreement, applicable platform terms, or written service agreement. Where no separate written terms exist, requests will be reviewed according to the work completed, costs incurred, and circumstances of the service.
8. Intellectual property
CurrentReach AI retains ownership of pre-existing systems, templates, internal methods, and reusable components unless agreed otherwise. Customer-provided materials remain owned by the customer or relevant rights holder. Final deliverable ownership or licensing is governed by the applicable project agreement.
9. No guaranteed results
CurrentReach AI does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, replies, meetings, reach, engagement, sales, revenue, advertising performance, platform approval, or other business outcomes.
10. Acceptable use
Visitors, customers, and account users must not use CurrentReach AI for illegal activity, unauthorized access, spam, malware, fraud, harassment, infringing content, attempts to disrupt the service, or misuse of AI or automation systems.
11. Account suspension
Access may be restricted or suspended for security risk, non-payment, abuse, illegal use, policy violations, or threats to the service or other users. When practical, CurrentReach AI may contact the account owner about the issue and possible next steps.
12. Service availability
Services may be updated as the platform, professional services, and operational requirements develop. Maintenance may occur, third-party outages may affect functionality, and features may change as the service evolves.
13. Limitation of liability
CurrentReach AI aims to provide services with reasonable care according to the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses that are reasonably connected to the specific service agreement. CurrentReach AI is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform decisions, lost profits, lost data caused by customer-controlled systems, or business outcomes outside its reasonable control.
14. Indemnity
Customers are responsible for unlawful misuse of the services, rights violations in materials they provide, unauthorized use of third-party accounts, or instructions that cause CurrentReach AI to process content or data without proper rights or permission.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, unless another written client agreement specifies otherwise.
16. Updates
These Terms may be updated as services, platform features, or legal requirements change. The visible effective date and last-updated date will be revised when meaningful updates are made.
